I’m Just Saying (Commentary)
Afghanistan 101: "Are Europeans and Americans just bored of freedom? by AJ Bonassin
“Americans must carefully examine the consequences of our failed War on Terror and recognize that American-izing conflicts abroad and rebranding terrorist organizations as 'resistance movements' only guarantees future violence—in the region and at home.”
AJ Bonassin is a marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience in the Chicago tech scene. Outside of her 9-5, she has studied multiple languages including Arabic, Dari, Russian, and Italian and shares her geopolitically-inclined thoughts on The CIA Reject: a Substack that TL;DRs current and past events in the SWANA region, with a focus on conflict and terrorism.
